How Can I Pay For My Order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.
All transactions are handled by Adyen international payment services. Your credit card number is sent to your bank via an encrypted connection.
Adyen is fully PCI Level 1 compliant and monitored by Trustwave, an ASV and a QSA for the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. Adyen is registered and monitored by the Dutch Central Bank as a payment institution under the European Payment Service Directive (PSD, 2007/64/EC). As a principal member and licensed acquirer of Visa and MasterCard, Adyen also adheres to the schemes’ operating regulations.
Currency & Fees
The prices you see specified next to our ChiliJO products are stated in Euro on our EU website and in US Dollars on our Global website. They exclude possible shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout. You can choose during your checkout to pay in various currencies.
ChiliJo is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
There are no customs or import charges within the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA & EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be, you have to contact your local customs office for more information.
